Typical UK chimney repoint: £450–£950 depending on access, height and mortar mix. Lime mortar costs more but is essential on pre-1919 properties.

Do I need scaffolding for chimney work?+

For anything beyond a single flashing replacement — yes. Tower scaffold or full edge scaffold depending on roof pitch. Our quotes include scaffold.

How much to remove a chimney?+

Stack removal with weatherproof finish: £1,800–£3,500. Full removal including breast: £3,500–£7,000+ and requires Building Regs.
