1. About us

Vetted Roofers is operated by Vetted Roofers Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. By using this website or applying for membership you accept these terms.

2. Membership

Membership is offered in three tiers: Basic, Standard and Elite. Access to the Vetted Roofers accreditation and to leads on myroofquote.co.uk is conditional on passing our vetting checks and maintaining an active, paid membership. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at our discretion, particularly where accreditation, insurance or identity checks fail or lapse.

3. Vetting

You warrant that all information and documents you submit — including company registrations, insurance certificates, accreditations, ID and portfolio images — are true, current and yours to submit. We may verify with issuing bodies and remove members who supply false or expired evidence.

4. Credits & leads

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits used to claim a lead on myroofquote.co.uk are deducted at the point of claim regardless of the outcome. Elite members receive 50 credits per month; unused monthly credits do not roll over.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your account or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Homeowner enquiries

We are an introducer only. We do not carry out roofing works, and we are not party to any contract between a homeowner and a member. Homeowners should carry out their own reasonable checks before engaging any contractor.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to any user is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
